HELLO FALL
I cherish the gradual departure of humidity as the summer season draws to a close.
Having curly hair, I can't help but rejoice in its retreat. But truth be told, my affection for autumn runs deep, for it signifies the transformation of our surroundings. Autumn serves as a reminder that nature is our greatest teacher. It comprehends that year after year, we all experience cycles, and the growth we've achieved also demands us to release a part of it.
Yes, our branches have grown more robust and more resilient. Still, just as we must let go of the leaves that once adorned the low-hanging fruit we reached throughout the year, this process of letting go offers us the opportunity for reflection, filled with gratitude and lessons from our failures.
I wish for each of you a fall season centered on contemplation as the world around us changes. As the seasons shift, do yourself a favor: ground your feet on the Earth, take an extra moment for a deep breathing exercise, and put your phone away an hour before bedtime. Remember, how you love yourself reflects how you show up in your world. Farewell, summer, and welcome the beauty of autumn.
